First Step was created in 2019 by Bhavna, an experienced independent mortgage broker, with a passion for helping mortgage applicants to source the most beneficial product available to them. In fact, her absolute favourite part of the job is helping people get onto the property ladder and into the home of their dreams.
When she’s not helping to grant property-based wishes, Bhavna enjoys long walks, travelling and skydiving, proving she won’t shy away from a challenge inside or outside of the office!

Our initial consultation is always free of charge and the fees only become due on the completion of the mortgage. Our typical fee is a competitive £495.
